The joint-stock company JEPA Plastics a.s. Is a Czech manufacturer of plastic packages, prevailingly for food-processing industry. Our main manufacturing programme is represented by plastic cups and lids made by thermal forming with offset print.

Our company, JEPA Plastics a.s., commenced manufacture in September 2013, following the long tradition of the previous manufacturer, whose manufacturing facility and production technology we took over. Our manufacturing technology includes a state-of-the-art shaping line of 3rd generation, ILLIG (FRG), OMV Machinery (Italy) and a modern printer, POLYTYPE (CH), currently used for cup printing and since January 2017 also for lid printing. All in 8-colour top-quality print.

The manufacturing plant is located in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise protected landscape in the town of Mírová pod Kozákovem – Bělá not far from the main road from Turnov to Semily. The administrative seat of the company JEPA Plastics a.s. Is situated in Roztoky. The manufacturing process is ISO 9001 and 14.001:2004 certified for added quality guarantee.

We keep extending our manufacturing programme with new cup shapes and building a modern plant based mainly on the human qualities of our employees who possess long experience in the manufacture, which positively affects quality of our produce. At present we offer our customers 20 types of cups with 8-colour print. Our target is high-standard functional packages, favourable delivery conditions and a fair pricing policy.

We offer our customers complex solutions from graphic design to supply of the packages and are prepared to cooperate with them on new package development according to their needs. Preparation of a 3D model of the cup before the mould manufacturing commencement financed from our in-house resources goes without saying.
